Decision Biomarker’s  AVANTRA™Q400 biomarker workstation is a low-cost, high-precision analyzer that employs biochip-based multiplex immunoassays to process custom biomarker panels. The system delivers assay sensitivity of less than 5 pg/mL and CVs of less than 10%. You can realize the performance benefits of the high-precision AVANTRA™Q400 biomarker workstation in your research by utilizing our Assay Development Services.

Every multiplex biomarker immunoassay we develop is customized to meet the specific customer requirements necessary to advance their research in association with a particular disease target of interest.

How It Works

  • Upon reaching an agreement, our scientists will develop, optimize and validate a multiplex immunoassay for the AVANTRA™Q400 biomarker workstation for up to 20 analytes that you specify. Assay validation utilizes client-supplied samples.
  • We work with you on a continual basis during the project to ensure we develop an excellent working relationship that results in an assay that meets or exceeds your requirements and specifications, as well as a comfort and familiarity with our AVANTRA™Q400 biomarker workstation.

The Deliverable

  • An optimized and validated multiplex immunoassay (disease state matrix testing) with high-precision performance that you can utilize consistently in all phases of your research and experimentation.
  • Assay biochips manufactured to your specified timeline and quantities.
