Decision Biomarkers constructs disease-specific biomarker panels to fit any specific testing need.

We optimize such parameters as antibody spotting concentrations, sample volume dilution matrix, incubation times, and detection antibody and label concentrations. We’ll also sequentially evaluate the antibodies for each biomarker to ensure no interference with other panel members.

Once the prototype assay development is completed, we will evaluate and validate standard assay settings. Parameters include precision, sensitivity, dynamic range, linearity, spike recovery, stability and specificity.

Rest assured that our team of scientists will custom design a quality biochip because our labs follow Good Laboratory Practices guidelines. That means test results gained from our iMARK BIOCHIP™ will stand up to repeated verification.
